Court Records
The Arizona Supreme Court is the highest court
in the U.S. state of Arizona. It consists of a Chief Justice, a Vice Chief Justice,
and three Associate Justices. Each Justice is appointed by the Governor of Arizona
from a list recommended by a bipartisan commission. Justices stand for retention
in an election two years after their appointment and then every six years. The
Arizona Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court for the State of
Arizona. It is divided into two divisions, with a total of twenty-two judges
on the court: sixteen in Division One, based in Phoenix, and six in Division
Two, based in Tucson. The Court of Appeals has jurisdiction to consider appeals
in civil cases from the Arizona Superior Court. The court also reviews juvenile
and domestic relations matters from the superior court, workers’ compensation
and unemployment benefits decisions, tax court decisions, and certain corporation
commission decisions. The court also has jurisdiction over appeals in criminal
matters from superior court, except for cases in which a death sentence has
been imposed. Death penalty cases go directly to the Supreme Court of Arizona.
From here you are able to inquire on Arizona state
case records including docket entries, parties, judgments, and charges in public
courts. In common law jurisdictions, a court of record is a court that keeps
permanent records of its proceedings. Judgments of a trial court of record are
normally subject to appellate review. In many jurisdictions, all courts are
courts of record. In many jurisdictions, courts that have the power to fine
or imprison must be courts of record. In almost all jurisdictions, a court of
record will have a court clerk whose primary duty is to maintain the permanent
records. Traditionally, a court of record was required to have its own unique
seal, which was used to authenticate its judgments and copies of its records.

I never knew that so much criminal data is available online. Your site is amazing,
I have a new hobby!
Mark B, Newport, RI
I am a retired police officer and letme tell you that the information that
you have you could only access if you were in law enforcement. This is truly
revolutionary that people can check criminal records online.
Frank S, Toledo, OH
To be honest I am always skeptical of these investigative sites on the net
and I was duped a few times. Your site has real records and not a bunch of links
to other sites.
Victor T, Wilmington, NC
I am on the Board for our State Wide Private Investigator
Association (PIAU). I have recommended your site and services to all our members.

I used your service to help me find my birth mother. I was almost 45 and she

down over 18 dear friends from the Hudson High School Class of '78 and remind
